How do I wash and care for my unpairs?
We work hard to ensure that our socks are of the highest quality possible. However, the life span can vary depending on the care and handling of your unpair socks.
We recommend a maximum washing temperature of 30°C. All socks should be turned inside out and bleaching or ironing should be avoided. Even though our socks are durable, they will last longer if they are kept out of the tumble dryer.
How do i remove the carton tag and thread attaching my socks?
We know you can't wait to wear your brand new unpairs, however, when removing the carton tag from your unpairs, please take the time to cut the thread on the label with a pair of scissors instead of ripping it off as this may damage the socks.
Where do you deliver and what is the delivery cost?
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES:
- We currently deliver across the UAE. If you order before 4pm (hurry up!), you will get your hands on your unpairs as fast as the next day. Otherwise, you will receive them the day after
- The regular delivery fee is 15 AED. But FEAR NOT, for orders above 130 AED, the delivery is on us!
LEBANON:
- We deliver all over Lebanon within 3-5 business days.
- The regular delivery fee is $2 and is free for all orders above $35
